The Poor in Bangladesh Urban Setting: Embodiment of an Exploitative System

Their life, days and nights, for years, has been basically and broadly that of the life Frederick Engels investigated, and then, depicted in The Condition of the Working Class in England. In quantitative terms, there are differences between the two; but, in qualitative terms, essentially, it’s the same. It’s the same deprivation to the level of inhuman living condition. They are the poor in Bangladesh urban areas. Their tales, in the context of an exploitative system, are universal in the world of the exploited. In cases, dominating capital has resorted to new tricks, devised new measurements hiding facts of exploitation, and has engaged a few new actors with faces of benevolence.
