The Partition, A Deeply Personal Account

Why dig it all up? My twin sister, Lila, who had to stay in the then East Bengal, died a couple of days ago, on the 29th of October, 2018. I couldn’t go and stand by her death-bed, nor be a witness her cremation. She was a Bangladeshi citizen, and I was an Indian.
